Ok, so my last attempt at journaling didn't go so well, lol. A friend of mine has been having great sucess having both a food/exercise journal as well as a personal journal, so I thought I might give it another try. It has been over a year since I updated anything. Stephan and I got married Feb. 26th, 2005 and my new (not so new now) job has gone very well. I really like it. Last year was a struggle for me dietwise. I think I ended 2005 losing a whopping 0.8 pounds. My total is now up to 78.7, and I was really hoping to hit -80 this week, but it doesn't look to promising. I was sick last weekend, so I guess I used that as an excuse to go on the chocolate and ice cream diet. I will most likely pay for it unless the CJ Plan ( http://home.mindspring.com/~cjplan/) happens to work for me. We'll find out tomorrow! Otherwise, life is pretty good, but we are rather boring. I am going to the KY Derby next weekend and can't wait for that. We are in training today at work. So far, we have gone over two things because we have visitors from Knox County and our trainer is busy entertaining them for a little while. We have been given time to work on off the phone stuff, but I don't have that much to catch up on, so I guess I'll be spending a lot of time today working on looking busy. I am glad to be off the phones and don't want to go back on, but I don't like being bored either. I suppose I'll go clean out my email folders or something for awhile.

I am still waiting for an official start date from the state. I have the job, but they are dragging their feet getting us started. Typical government job I suppose. I just wish they'd hurry up!
Wedding plans are coming along. Less than 4 weeks to go now! I am starting to get nervous, but I guess that is natural. Stephan's mom is coming up this weekend to help us make centerpieces for the reception. I hope it goes well. He has to work, so it will be just the two of us for quite awhile. We get along fine, so I am not too worried about it.
Ann bought me a WW scale as a wedding gift (yes I had it on our registry, hehe), and it appeared to weigh me around 13 pounds heavier than my old dial scale. While it sucks to weigh more than you think, I am glad to have an accurate scale.
I went to the dr. last week, and he said that I need to be exercising 60-90 minutes per day, 6 days per week, so I am really trying to kick it up. Water aerobics gives me at least an hour on Tuesday and Thursday. I am going to attempt to get up early on Monday, Wednesday, and possibly Friday in order to get at least 30 minutes in before work. That way I only have 30 minutes to do once I get home.
I went to the library today and got a couple audio books to listen to while I am walking in hopes that it will ease some of the boredom.
I REALLY want to stick to this routine until the wedding to see if I can at least lose some inches by then. I am kind of worried about fitting on the rides, but Ronda assures me that I will be ok.
Lots of work to do, so I shouldn't be on here anyway.

I haven't updated in forever mainly because I am not online at work anymore, and I've been to lazy to do it at home. :)
I started my new job on July 1st, and so far I love it! Working at the store is a completely different experience, and the clients are some of the coolest people I have ever met. I couldn't imagine any place being more laid back then the Talbott office, but this certainly is. I have been stressed trying to learn everything, but I think I am finally getting the hang of a lot of it. Just when I think I am doing good, I find myself lost again, but I've handled everything ok so far.
I went to a new dr., and found out that I had a kidney infection on top of all the anxiety issues I've been having. It took 3 rounds of antibiotics to clear it up, but it is finally gone now. I started taking Effexor for the anxiety a week and a half ago, and so far I think it is doing me some good. I am just afraid to get my hopes up at this point. Otherwise, all my others tests came back good.
I have been struggling somewhat OP. I finally made it past my lowest weight in years at least week's WI only to gain all of it back this week. I know I ate a little more than usual last week, but I still think 3 pounds is a little excessive. GRR. Hopefully it will all come off this week.
Not much else has gone on.
I will try to get back to updating on a regular basis now that things have calmed down a bit.
